Reports 1 of 11 - Reports

This section allows you to view exam scores, number of retakes, graded exams, and to send reports to students.

  1. Sidebar (hidden) displays recent activity of students.
  2. Student scores displayed as hyperlinks lead to graded exams. Graded exams can be converted to PDF.
  3. Email student scores, export as Excel, and calculate averages.

Teachers2 of 11 - Teachers

This section allow you to add, activate, deactivate, delete, and edit teachers.

  1. List of teachers and their status.
  2. Add or edit teacher accounts. Other teachers can be given privileges to add and edit student accounts.
  3. Activate, deactivate, delete, and email account information to one or more teachers at a time.

Studetns3 of 11 - Students

This section allow you to add, activate, deactivate, delete, and edit students.

  1. List of students and their status.
  2. Add or edit student accounts.
  3. Activate, deactivate, delete or email account information to one or more students at a time.

Exams4 of 11 - Exams

This section allows you to add, activate, deactivate, delete, copy, and edit exams.

  1. Sidebar (hidden) displays list of exams for printing. Exams can be exported with or without answers to Adobe PDF.
  2. List of exams and their status.
  3. Add or edit exams and set their properties: exam name, owner, passing score, randomize questions and/or answers etc.
  4. Activate, deactivate, make private or public, and delete one or more exams at a time.

Questions5 of 11 - Questions

This section allows you to add, edit, activate, deactivate, delete, reorder, and copy questions, and to upload attachments to questions.

  1. List of exams.
  2. Reorder questions.
  3. List of questions.
  4. Add or edit questions, answers, descriptions and attachments.
  5. Activate, deactivate, delete questions. Copy questions from one exam to another.

Enrollment6 of 11 - Enrollment

This section allows you to enroll, unenroll, and reset student enrollment.

  1. List of students, their exams, and number of takes allowed.
  2. Select one or more students and exams to enroll them.
  3. Delete enrollment or reset exams. Notify students they are enrolled via email.

Account7 of 11 - Account

This section allows you to manage your account.

  1. Sidebar (hidden) displays invoices you can export as Adobe PDF.
  2. Edit or change account owner, upgrade your current plan, edit billing information, change colors, add logos, or cancel your account.

Help8 of 11 - Help

This section allows you to view quick start tutorials, read documentation, and submit feedback to Team Exam Professor.

  1. View interactive Flash-based tutorials.
  2. View or print documentation.
  3. Email feedback, comments, or bugs directly to Team Exam Professor.

Timed exam9 of 11 - Timed exam

This section shows instructions for students to follow.

  1. Additional information (sliding drawer).
  2. Exam instructions.
  3. Link to view previous exam takes.

Taking exam10 of 11 - Taking exam

This section shows a multiple choice exam ready for the student to take.

  1. Number slider handles hundreds of questions.
  2. Minute timer (fades from green to red as time runs out).
  3. Students may receive instant feedback depending on teacher's specifications.

Graded exam11 of 11 - Graded exam

This section shows a multiple choice exam ready for the student to take.

  1. Displays score and link to all previous scores.
  2. Number slider shows green (correct answer) and red (missed question).
  3. Students may receive instant feedback depending on teacher's specifications.

How do I upgrade my account?

If you already have an account, log in as the administrator then simply click on the "Upgrade" link from the "Settings" tab.
